Welcome Reception

The welcome reception will take place in the evening of June 19th and is hosted in collaboration with the City of Gothenburg and is free of charge. Pre-registration is mandatory if you would like to attend.

Banquet Dinner (Dinner Cruise)

A dinner cruise on M/S Göteborg will take place on the 20th of June and is free of charge but pre-registration is mandatory if you would like to attend. Please note that there is a limited number of seats for this event.

The classic archipelago ship M/S Göteborg departs from Lilla Bommen at 18:00 and takes you out through the Gothenburg harbour, past the Älvsborg Fortress and further on towards the beautiful southern archipelago. The cruise pass well-known islands such as Brännö, Styrsö, and Asperö. Sunset in the archipelago is something very special - enjoy it from the dining room or go out and stretch your legs on deck. The uniqueness of the southern archipelago is all the fantastic sandy coves and bare cliffs. This part of the archipelago consists of about 30 islands, some of which are fully or partially nature reserves. On the inhabited islands, old turn-of-the-century houses are mixed with newly built buildings. Here, there are many picturesque islands with rows of red fishing huts.

The route may vary due to weather and ocean forecasts. The captain in charge will make sure all guests will get a pleasant dinner cruise.
