Presentations

The ADMOS 2023 Technical Programme consists of 3 Plenary Lectures, 8 Minisymposia, 82 oral presentations, namely, 85 presentations overall.

Time:

Each regular presentation is allocated 20 minutes and Plenary Lectures 45 minutes. Times include questions.

Equipment:

The conference will not provide computers for presentations. Speakers are kindly requested to bring and use their own laptop. An LCD projector will be present in each room.

Recommendations for your presentation:

The connector available on the projector will be HDMI. You should make sure your laptop has an HDMI port designated as your default output connection. Also note that if your computer does not have an HDMI port, we kindly request you to bring your own adapter.

In order to prepare your slides for oral presentation please take also into account that, because of projects available at the conference venue, it is required a 16:9 aspect ratio.

If you are using PowerPoint, we recommend you to adjust the slide size in Design->Page Setup menu and choose 16:9 ratio to ensure the compatibility.

We strongly encourage you to have a backup of your presentation on a USB storage device.

Power sockets and plug converters for electricity in Sweden:

For Sweden there are two associated plug types, types C and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side.
